Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) - remote

As a Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will support our sales team in actively approaching new customers, assist throughout the entire sales and proposal process, and contribute to the successful execution of campaigns and lead generation. You’ll work closely with various departments, document sales activities in our CRM system, and analyze relevant KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

You will also be involved in forecasting, budget planning, and the continuous development of our sales processes and tools.

Your mission

In the role of Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the telephone and digital outreach to potential customers to identify new business opportunities. You will support the preparation of proposals and contribute to contract negotiations. Together with the marketing team, you will work on campaigns and the generation of qualified leads. All activities will be documented in the CRM system.

You will collaborate with the sales team and other departments to respond to customer inquiries. Additionally, you will analyze key metrics and identify improvement measures.

You will assist in the development of sales processes, forecasts, and budgets, and help improve tools like Salesforce.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business-related degree and are now looking for the next step in sales. Initial experience in Inside Sales, TeleSales, or Customer Service is required. What truly matters is your enthusiasm for engaging with people. You communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively – whether on the phone or in writing.

As a Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you work independently, think in solutions, and enjoy achieving goals together with your team. CRM systems like Salesforce and MS Office are familiar to you. A strong sense for customers, negotiation skills, and good to very good English skills complete your profile.
