We start with requirements and process analysis and collaboratively define system and process specifications, which serve as the basis for implementation in your system landscape. This continues through to end-user training and the technical and functional go-live.

The project begins with an as-is process analysis during a kick-off session with all project stakeholders. Relevant processes are documented and reviewed for feasibility. This is followed by design workshops to define standard functions and identify gaps. Based on this, a Business Blueprint (BBP) is developed and, once approved, the implementation phase begins.
The first phase also includes basic training for key users, which is crucial for future project phases. These users can test custom implementations and support end-user training (train-the-trainer principle).
