As an Account Executive, you are the key link between our company and both potential and existing clients. You identify business opportunities, present tailored solutions, lead negotiations, and manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal. With a strong sense for customer needs, strategic thinking, and a confident presence, you play an active role in driving our company's growth and success.

Your mission

In your role, you build long-term customer relationships and maintain them with genuine passion. You identify new business opportunities, proactively engage with potential clients, and win them over with tailored solutions – often through live presentations or demos. At industry events, you represent our company and expand your network with a sharp eye for valuable connections.

You qualify leads, develop strategies for acquiring new customers, and spot cross- and upselling opportunities. You handle price and contract negotiations confidently – always aligned with our company guidelines. From the first offer to the signed contract, you stay on top of everything and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure your customers receive the best possible support. You keep an eye on market trends and competitive developments, analyze them, and seize every opportunity to drive both your success and ours. Everything you do is documented in the CRM – not just for follow-up, but to strategically plan and expand your sales opportunities.

Your profile

You have a degree in business, IT, or a related field, or bring an equivalent qualification to the table. You’re at home in SAP or ERP software sales, and ideally, you have a proven track record of success. Knowledge of SAP add-ons, extensions, or interfaces is second nature to you and adds an extra dimension to your profile.

You excel at presenting even complex technical solutions in a clear and convincing manner. With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you earn your customers' trust and build long-term relationships. You always think from the customer’s perspective, act proactively, and have a high level of self-motivation to continuously improve the customer experience.

Teamwork is as important to you as working independently and goal-oriented. You bring determination, a structured approach to your work, and enjoy uncovering new business opportunities that offer genuine value. You never lose sight of long-term business success. Your excellent English skills, both written and spoken, also enable you to communicate effectively in international contexts.
