Head of SAP Consulting Utilities (m/f/d) - remote

You will take responsibility for planning, managing, and monitoring project progress – including budget control and quality management. As a leader, you will guide and coach a team of experienced consultants, foster their development, and continuously enhance your team's performance.

You will ensure close collaboration with our clients and actively contribute to strategic decisions and further developments. You're part of high-level decision-making processes, ensuring smooth communication and transparency – whether through regular status updates or comprehensive project reports.

At the same time, your team serves as a knowledge hub for our internal development teams, enabling sustainable knowledge transfer and development within the company.

Whether on-site with our clients, in our office, or working remotely – you’re flexible and committed wherever your expertise is needed.

What do you bring to the table? Expertise, a holistic mindset – and the drive to truly make a difference.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field – but what really sets you apart goes far beyond your academic background. You possess solid knowledge of project management methodologies and have proven experience in IT consulting, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment and the energy industry.

Your strong analytical and organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities effectively. At the same time, you’re an excellent communicator, capable of conveying technical concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders in German and English.
