Our flexible working hours make it easier to combine family and career. Working hours can be arranged independently as far as possible in a mix of trust and core working hours. We offer the possibility of completing tasks from a different location on up to 3 days per week.

Our management provides regular updates on the latest developments and offers a view of the big picture. We hold annual feedback meetings and our managers are of course always ready to listen if necessary. Our individual development and training opportunities give each employee the chance to develop according to their own ideas and wishes, but also at their own pace.
