IT specialists ensure that IT runs smoothly in companies. On the one hand, they advise on the purchase of computers and software; on the other, they put together entire systems and networks, which they install and maintain. They are the all-rounders with an understanding of users and are called upon by their colleagues in other departments or by customers when something is not working. They are not only IT experts, but are also able to provide the necessary technical support to users for whom a computer is nothing more than a box full of secrets and the IT specialist is the fire brigade that quickly and flexibly ensures that everything is up and running again. IT specialists often also train future users - they have to be able to communicate their knowledge well and clearly.
At PROLOGA, you will get to know the areas of development, IT systems, organisation and business processes, marketing, sales and HR from an IT perspective during the practical part of your training. You will also receive an interesting introduction to SAP® during your training.
