PROLOGA Group participates in Girls’ Day 2025 – IT workshops for schoolgirls in Halle (Saale)

Halle (Saale), March 18, 2025 – The Prologa Group is actively committed to promoting young talent in the IT sector and is participating in Girls’ Day 2025. On April 3, 2025, the company invites interested schoolgirls to its headquarters in Halle (Saale) to give them practical insights into the world of IT and software development.
As part of the day of action, the Prologa Group is offering two exciting workshops that provide initial experience in the areas of programming and structured work.
Workshop 1: “Programming made easy – discover the world of algorithms with Karol the robot!” (from 11 years)
This workshop shows participants the basic principles of programming in a fun way. With the virtual robot Karol, they learn how algorithms work and how to control programs with simple commands. The aim is to create a basic understanding of software development and at the same time make logical thinking fun.

Participants will also be given an introduction to various professional fields at the Prologa Group, including software development, consulting, product management and testing. A company tour offers the opportunity to get to know the working environment and talk to employees in an open Q&A session.
“By taking part in Girls’ Day, we want to get schoolgirls interested in IT and show them that careers in the software industry require both analytical and creative thinking. Our aim is to encourage young talents to take an interest in technical professions and to give them practical insights into the wide range of opportunities in IT,” says Anna Stegner, Head of Human Resources at the Prologa Group.
The event will take place on the premises of the Prologa Group, Walter-Hülse-Straße 5, 06120 Halle (Saale).
