PROLOGA Group acquires Brazilian SAP distribution partner SEMDS LTDA

With the acquisition of SEMDS LTDA, the PROLOGA Group is strategically expanding its presence in Latin America and reinforcing its position as a leading provider of SAP-based solutions for the utilities and waste management industry.

SEMDS LTDA, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, was founded in 2015 by Alejandro Erro and has been a valued and close partner of the PROLOGA Group for many years. Together, the two companies have successfully delivered numerous customer projects across the region. SEMDS brings not only deep product expertise, but also a strong understanding of the specific operational needs and processes of South American utility and waste management providers.

This combination of technological know-how, market insight, and a well-established cross-border network makes SEMDS a key pillar in PROLOGA’s ongoing international growth strategy.

Alejandro Erro will remain Managing Director and will continue to lead business development in Latin America with full commitment. With this move, PROLOGA is consistently pursuing its ambition to position itself as a vertical champion in the global SAP ecosystem.
