Your mission

Your impact - how you can help shape it:

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
You will  help to find and inspire the best talents for PROLOGA. From creating creative job advertisements to reviewing applications and making initial contact with candidates - you help shape the entire recruiting process. You will guide applicants through the selection process and ensure that they have an appreciative and smooth experience. This includes communicating with applicants, organizing interviews and working closely with our Hiring Managers.

Employer branding & social media:
Would you like to play an active role in shaping PROLOGA's employer brand? Perfect! You will develop creative ideas for our career channels on LinkedIn & Co., create appealing content and bring a breath of fresh air to our employer branding strategy. Your goal? To make PROLOGA visible as an attractive employer - both online and offline! Whether career fairs, university events or internal events - we can count on you.

Strategic HR projects & corporate culture:
Would you like to not only provide operational support, but also help shape the HR strategy? We work together on projects to further develop our corporate culture.

Your profile

You are an registered student, ideally in a business or socially related degree program such as business administration, economics, social sciences, psychology, etc.?  
You want to not only get to know HR, but also actively help shape it for 15-20 hours per week alongside your studies. You are characterized by creativity and initiative and like to contribute fresh ideas.
You like to tackle things proactively, work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you are a real team player and enjoy communicating - be it with applicants, colleagues or external partners. Your structured and organized way of working helps you to keep an eye on several projects at the same time.
Ideally, you see your future in HR and would like to gain practical experience to develop your career in this direction. You may not be 100% sure yet, but one thing is certain: you want to work with people and have a real impact on the company.
