Your mission

As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. You will assist them in making the best use of our products, answer their questions, resolve challenges, and ensure they receive the maximum value from our solutions.
Our solutions contribute to making the world a little cleaner every day—and you will help our customers unlock their full potential. At the same time, you will identify opportunities for additional products or services, provide targeted advice on suitable solutions, and actively contribute to up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Your keen understanding of customer needs will help you build long-term relationships and proactively enhance customer satisfaction.
By listening to customer feedback, you will drive the continuous improvement of our products and processes. Additionally, through meticulous management of customer data in our CRM systems, you will help ensure that we continuously optimize our service.
You mainly work remotely, but you enjoy being on site for inspiring workshops in the office or at the customer's offices.

Your profile

You enjoy working with people and have experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role in the circular economy or software industry.
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with CRM systems. Thanks to your strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and organizational talent, you can effortlessly manage multiple customer requests at the same time and set priorities efficiently.
Beyond that, you always think one step ahead: With your expertise and ideas, you actively contribute to expanding our range of services. Your excellent German and English skills enable you to communicate confidently with customers and partners.
