As
Head of Software Engineering (m/f/d), you will assume both disciplinary and strategic leadership of a software engineering team. Your role extends beyond management – you will provide clear guidance, foster professional growth, deliver constructive feedback, and cultivate an engineering culture in which code quality, technological excellence, and continuous improvement are integral to daily operations.
